A megabits is currently reinforcing its technical team and is looking for a Computer technician / Junior Systems Administrator, to immediate entry and face-to-face work in the area of oPorto Downtown.
We are looking for motivated professionals, willing to evolve technically and available to receive specific training on the Megabit solutions portfolio, actively integrating our team.
Function Description

Customer service and in-person technical support in store
-
Diagnosis and repair of computer equipment on the bench
-
Preparation of technical budgets
-
Component replacement (displays, HDD, RAM, motherboards, among others) on laptops and desktops
-
Execution of interventions onsite (in business customers)
-
Installation, configuration and optimization of Operating Systems
-
Configuration and installation of enduser applications (end user)
-
Installation and maintenance of invoicing software (XD)
-
Interventions in small business networks: user creation, permission management on NAS, shares, among others
Candidate Profile
-
12.Th grade (minimum)
-
Professional experience in computer support (minimum 2 years)
-
Personality proactive, with a spirit of initiative and autonomy
-
Ease of interpersonal relationship e teamwork
-
Driving license (Changes B sleeve)
-
Good knowledge of English
-
Good ability to verbal and written communication
They are still valued:

Experience in Apple equipment (MacBook e iMac)

Microsoft certifications (or equivalent)

Knowledge in systems administration, namely:

Management and configuration of NAS

Definition of permissions on file shares
-
Installation and sharing network printers
-
Creation of users in Active Directory (AD)

Setting Enterprise VPNs and Firewalls

- Knowledge of use and administration de Office 365
