- A megabit is not responsible for any loss, corruption or violation of equipment data.
- A megabit is not responsible for any damage and accessory shipped with device (Ex. SIM card, SD card, case, Cashier, bad, etc.), the customer must send the equipment without any accessories or original packaging, the customer's responsibility and proper packaging equipment.
- The client must wait for the email with the megabit Opening Sheet Service Order, which contains customer data and equipment data, sign the same, and sending the Service Order signed with the equipment.
- If the equipment can not be fully tested by a technician megabit (if not provided the codes, if the equipment does not turn on, if you do not any images, etc.), a megabit is not responsible for any functions that do not work after intervention.
- Certain fault condition the previous diagnosis of other, so only after replacing / repair of damage reported, we can identify if there are some faults. If the equipment is given as without repair, the customer will have the following options:
1 – Leave the device with the megabit for reuse of parts or sent for recycling, no cost
2 – Get back to the equipment at your address, supporting the customer shipping costs that are 10 € + VAT Continental Portugal, for volumes up to 2 Kg (for volumes with higher weights, to other regions or to other countries, the cost will be higher)
3 – Lift equipment of the counter megabit, no cost
Failure survey, or response from the customer, after 30 (thirty) days of the completion notification of the repairs / intervention, will cause the equipment to be considered abandoned, pursuant to article 1267/1 C. Civil, whereby megabit will no longer be responsible for it and, You can reuse the equipment, Send to abate, recycling, ecocentro, auction or sale.
We offer 3 month warranty on all motherboard repairs (except for equipment repairs damage with water and contact with liquids, Have no guarantees). If the fault component repaired or replaced due to malfunction factory default, within the warranty period, repair the device again or issue a refund of the amount paid. It will always be necessary to diagnose the device again in megabit, so to confirm or diagnosis. Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
