This online platform allows customers megabit manage real-time communication with the company, within Maintenance Contracts from Hardware, Software, Datacenter e End-user and and Hours contracts Bags (specialized or generic support).

- Access to all requests for treatment or already closed
- Possibility of consulting technical reports of all interventions in any order
- Statistics service (order history, compliance with SLA)
