Application form of technical assistance:
NOTE: Before shipping the equipment, the customer must fill in and send the form below, and you will have to wait for the receipt of the email with the Service Order Opening Sheet (usually the same day), which contains customer data and equipment data, sign the same, and send the signed Service Order, together with the equipment. We receive several dozen pieces of equipment from all over Europe every day, and without this opening sheet it will be impossible to identify the property of the equipment, thus it is impossible to deliver it after receipt, the megabit is not responsible for the equipment.
A service request must be created for each device. Yet, multiple devices can be shipped in the same volume / Cashier, provided they are accompanied by the respective Service Order Opening sheets, and properly packaged. All orders must be validated by MEGABIT on arrival, and only after confirming order compliance / equipment is sent, via email, confirmation of receipt of the equipment by the MEGABIT team, MEGABIT is responsible for the equipment until it is sent to the address provided by the customer at the opening of the order.
Due to the large number of equipment we receive daily, it is not physically possible for us to store all the received boxes, so the shipping boxes are immediately undone and sent for recycling. Like this, the equipment must be shipped without the original boxes, and in disposable boxes, and without any accessories (unless expressly requested otherwise.), not being the megabit responsible for them.
